Lenny Lawrence

Lenny Lawrence is 1/2 of the team of Lenny and Dennie and has been licensed since 1983 and a Broker doing property management since 1991. He has extensive knowledge in rehabs and new construction. He has been a landlord since 1981. His expertise is in property management and he loves condo and association management. With his expertise with the condo management his knowledge in selling condos is like no other. He was Broker of the Year in Stark County in 1999 and 1996 was the recipient of the Fair Housing Award. He served as President of the Stark County Association of REALTORS three times. He is also active in the regional MLS serving as their President two times, has served on the executive commitee 18 years and served on their board for over 21 years. He has been a regional Vice President for the Ohio REALTORS 3 times.  His true love is property management. He is a problem solver and the shoe fits with property management. The job is 24/7, but does not feel like a job when you go to work with your wife and the McDonald Team. Lawrence Realty has a TEAM approach with two couples at the helm to serve all of your real estate needs. 

Denise Lawrence
Owner and Accounting Manager, Licensed Sales Agent and Managing Partner

Denise Lawrence, aka Dennie, is the other half of the team of Lenny and Dennie and is a managing partner at Lawrence Realty, LLC along with her husband, Lenny, and managing partners "The McDonald Team". She's the lady behind the closed door, keeping the books for the team and their clients. Dennie received her Real Estate license in 2003 to embark on her Property Management career path with her husband, Lenny, who's been in the business some 30 plus years.  She'd done the grunt work from the bottom up: from rehab to leasing to managing.  Prior to her Property Management career, she worked ten years assisting in non-profit fundraising sales that was superseded by another ten years in purchasing and human resources for a manufacturing company. These positions earned her much experience working with factory personnel to professionals in many areas of the work place all of which aided in her ability to recognize "everyone" as an equally important part to tool to built a well-oiled machine/business success. Dennie was raised in Avon Lake, Ohio and currently lives in North Canton. When not behind closed doors attending to the business, she loves being outdoors, has a passion for cooking (thanks to Emeril Lagasse and the internet!) and enjoys planning family get togethers. 

Meg McDonald
Residential and Commerical Property Manager, Managing Partner, Licensed Realtor

Meg McDonald has been a licensed Realtor and property manager for about 15 years and has managed thousands of rentals. She focuses on assisting clients on buying and selling as well as full property management. Her experience with investment properties allows her to not only help investors in their purchases and sales, but also to make the most of the properties they own. Meghan take pride on her personal “hands on” management techniques in building good relationships with not only her valued clients, but also her tenants. Being in this industry of real estate for so many years, she is always watching for good purchases for our clients as well. Real estate is a 7 day a week job and she wouldn’t have it any other way. As an “empty nester”, Meghan has the time and energy to be available to their clients, tenants, and the public to make sure that every detail is attended to as best they can. In 1994, Meghan attended The University of Akron and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations which has helped her tremendously over the years. It was Meghan's senior year in college when she and her high school sweetheart, Scott, decided to get married and start a family. They have two adult children, MacKenna and Devin and three fur babies, Twizzler, Scout and Popcorn.


Scott McDonald
Residential and Commercial Field Manager, Managing Partner, Licensed Realtor

Scott McDonald started his real estate career in 1997 as a Market Manager for one of the largest home builders in the country. For approximately 8 years he was very successful at sales management and client management for new home and condominium community sales and production coordination and pricing.  In 2005, Meg was doing very well in the real estate market and the company Scott worked for went through a merger and some management changes so he joined her and pursued his license and worked in the open real estate market specializing in new construction and working with local builders. Since then, he has expanded and changed with the markets and started to perform property management and built it into a successful business. Scott's experience in construction made the merger of his construction company, real estate license and the property management work as a complete package for property owners needing management assistance. They pride themselves in the successful integration of all of their skill sets and experience to deliver a complete package to their clients in nearly all aspects of the real estate business. They accel at creating systems and processes that are concise, complete, and efficient to keep their clients' business running as smooth as possible. He looks forward to new challenges and new clients and constructing business strategies that improve the success and performance of clients' investment portfolios.
